The Underrated Power of Customer Loyalty in Business Success
Loyalty is a very important thing. Everyday people see examples of loyalty in things like relationships, friendships, and even businesses. Customer loyalty is a very important, and in my opinion, very underrated marketing topic. When customers are loyal, they repeatedly bring revenue to a business, and can even market for you by telling their friends or posting on their social media. One example of this that I see a lot is girls with their lash techs, nail techs, hair stylists, etc. Building that customer relationship and customer loyalty is so important because those customers will most likely only come to you when they need services done. If I had 10 loyal customers a week, I don’t have to stress and worry so much about business because I know those customers have loyalty to me for a reason. You want to market your business or brand in a way that people feel welcomed and special enough to not want to look at other options. If a hairstylist does your hair flawlessly and executes your vision, there is not much reason to get it done by someone else, you can now trust them with your hair. Whereas going to someone else can put you at risk of ruining your hair or getting your hair done in a way you hate. Overall, this is a very important thing that I think is more valuable than people think.
